Frauniebarger - Graverobbers

Indie rockers, Frauniebarger, are giving away their self-released, debut album, Graverobbers. It is free if you give 5 email addresses, or you can pay what you want (as low as $1).

What do they sound like?

They are a four-piece from Georgia and have been together for about a year. They have been compared to the music coming out of Athens, Georgia in the eighties, minus the obvious unrelated sound (REM and the B52s).

The vocalist has been compared to Andy Hull from Right Away Great Captain and Manchester Orchestra and to Ben Gibbard from Death Cab for Cutie and the Postal Service. Fans of Death Cab for Cutie, Manchester Orchestra, and the Shins will love this!

Where can I see them?

They just finished up a set of shows, including a free benefit show for the Muscular Dystrophy Association in their home town of Ellijay, Georgia. Right now, their concert calendar is blank; however, the band says that they will be playing show again very soon. So keep your eyes open.

I want a shirt; where can I get one?

They just added some cool shirts for sale on their website (a link is provided below). They are quite nifty, black with the Frauniebarger logo on them. Individuals wanting a small are out of luck. They are already all sold out.
